HOW TO USE
01 · Cleanse, morning and evening. A small amount of Triple Action Cleanser on damp skin, massage for 20 seconds, then rinse.
02 · Target, morning and evening. Shake the bottle, then apply 3 to 4 drops of Regulation Serum to the blemishes and the surrounding area. Leave to dry for 1 minute.
03 · Support, every morning. 3 capsules of Skin & Stress with breakfast and a large glass of water, rather than with coffee or tea.

Is the kit suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, the formulas are designed to respect sensitive skin. The cleanser does not strip the skin. Introduce the serum gradually and patch test before first use.
Can the kit be used by an adult?
Yes, the kit is just as effective for young people as it is for adults. For a combination of premature skin ageing and acne, combine this kit with Vitamin C Serum-in-Oil.
Can acne get worse before it gets better?
In some cases, acne can get worse before it gets better. There are certain factors that can worsen acne while using the kit, such as make-up and skincare products that clog pores and/or poor diet.
Can I use it alongside a medical acne treatment?
The Triple Action Cleanser is also suitable for skin under medical acne treatment. For the serum and the supplement, ask your doctor or dermatologist.
How should I take Skin & Stress?
3 capsules once a day, ideally with breakfast and a large glass of water. Avoid coffee and tea for 45 minutes before and after, for better absorption of the nutrients.
How long does the kit last?
The Skin & Stress supplement (90 capsules) lasts 1 month. The Triple Action Cleanser lasts about 1 month and the Regulation Serum 1 to 2 months.
How long does it take to see results?
See the results of our clinical tests after 28 days. Everyone is different and it depends on the severity of the blemishes.
