I made a mistake in my order

Please email us ASAP at contact@skindiligent.com and describe the issue. We will do our best to help you. If the order hasn't shipped out, it will be easier for us to assist you. Once the order has been shipped, you will have to go through the return process.

Returns and refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product was damaged or faulty at delivery - you can choose between a replacement or a refund. We have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by a proof of purchase (your original email purchase confirmation). To start a return, please email contact@skindiligent.com with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, your name and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send returned goods. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected by us, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method minus the initial shipping costs. If you do not have the original card you paid with, we cannot offer you a refund but we will give you an exchange or gift card for the same amount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I track my order?

After we ship your order, our carrier will send you a delivery notification by email to the email address you provided at check-out.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, thereby giving you maximum flexibility and convenience. They will text you delivery timing information if you have provided us with your mobile number at check out.

If you are not home to accept your delivery, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card informing you that they missed you. The card should also inform you where the parcel is and how you can collect it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can. However, you may incur extra charges imposed by the customs of your country, such as an import tax or other duties. These charges are your responsibility. Please see all our international delivery options here.

We also have a dedicated French website here with prices in EUR, to avoid any custom duties or possible delays post Brexit.

Do you offer a monthly subscription?

At this stage we prefer to give you the freedom to buy the products when you need them. But, if you create an account, you will receive discounts for repeat orders and many more benefits.
