Product Recommendations

Acne-prone skin

For spots, Regulation Serum to be applied on the affected areas, 2x a day, morning and night.
For an integrative approach from within with food supplement, the Acne Kit.
For those looking to moisturise the skin, we recommend the application of 3 drops of Vitamin C Serum-in-oil on the whole face after the Regulation Serum. First apply the Regulation Serum on affected areas, wait for 1 minute. Wet one hand and add 3 drops of Vitamin C Serum-in-oil in the palm of the wet hand, rub both hands, and apply on the whole face.

Skincare during roaccutane

For those undergoing roaccutane treatment, we recommend the Essential Duo.
Use 100% mineral zinc oxide sun protection.

Should I avoid oils if I have oily skin?

Not all oils have the same profile. All skins, including oily skin, need hydration and moisturisation. If you decide to avoid oily products, it is imperative that you don't use harsh cleansers or over-wash your face, which will signal the skin to produce more sebum. A light textured moisturising cream (by definition a moisturiser is a combination of water and oil elements) can be a good option.

Disruption of teen growth and development

Hormone (endocrine) disruptive chemicals or EDCs have the capacity to manipulate the messages that our hormones carry. Adolescence is the period of physical growth and the development of sexual organs, and EDCs should be avoided. Skin Diligent is the first brand in the world to test for oetrogenic and androgenic hormone disruptions on our final skincare formulas.

How to exfoliate daily without using harsh chemicals

On a wet face, gently rub a 2 pea size amounts of our Triple Action Cleanser. Leave it on the skin for 20-30 seconds. Then rinse well. Use your fingertips to gently rub on the face and rub away any dead skin cells that come off easily. No harsh movements, just gently. If you have open spots or painful blemishes, this is not recommended.
