This website, www.skindiligent.com (the “Website”), is operated by We Concept Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), trading as Skin Diligent.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the online sale of cosmetic products and food supplements through the Website to consumers purchasing for personal use. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and photographs on the Website are accurate. Product images are illustrative, and packaging may vary without affecting the product's essential characteristics.

All cosmetic products and food supplements are intended for use in accordance with the instructions and precautions provided. Individual results may vary depending on personal circumstances, skin type, condition and usage. We do not guarantee any particular result unless expressly stated.

Our cosmetic products and food supplements are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale without our prior written authorisation.

3. Orders

To place an order, select your products, review your shopping basket and complete the checkout process.

By clicking the button to confirm and pay for your order, you expressly agree to purchase the selected products, accept these Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge your obligation to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

Once payment has been successfully authorised and the order has been submitted, the purchase is confirmed and the contract of sale is formed. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer as acknowledgement of the purchase.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, manifest pricing errors or quantities inconsistent with personal use.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund or, with your agreement, offer an alternative product.

Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to amend or cancel it. However, you may return eligible products after delivery by following the return procedure described in our Delivery and Return section, subject to the conditions and statutory exceptions set out in Clause 7.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any additional charges payable to us will be displayed before checkout.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the Website. Payments are processed securely by authorised third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the choice of accepting the correct price or receiving a refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations shown at checkout. We recommend that customers in the European Union place their orders through our dedicated EU website, fr.skindiligent.com (in EUR), and customers in the United States through us.skindiligent.com (in USD).

We aim to deliver within the estimated period. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within thirty (30) days of the contract being formed.

If delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to notify you. Your statutory rights regarding delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and, where applicable, collect your parcel from the designated collection point within the carrier's stated period.

Where a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information supplied by you or failure to collect it, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply, subject to applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the products come into your physical possession or that of a person nominated by you, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Confirmation of delivery on the carrier's tracking website, including photographic proof of delivery, may be used as evidence that the products have been delivered.

If your parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service at contact@skindiligent.com. Where a delivery is disputed, we may investigate with the carrier and review tracking records, delivery photographs and other available evidence before determining the appropriate resolution, without affecting your statutory rights.

6. International Orders

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient.

International delivery may be subject to customs inspections, local import restrictions and additional transit times.

Cosmetic products and food supplements sold through the Website are formulated and labelled for the UK market. Customers ordering internationally should check any applicable local import and personal-use restrictions before ordering. We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations where delivery or lawful supply cannot reasonably be arranged.

International deliveries may take up to thirty (30) days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause excludes our statutory delivery obligations or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, subject to statutory exceptions.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases of sealed cosmetic products and food supplements that have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed after delivery, where the statutory hygiene exception applies.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must remain unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, subject to the customer's statutory cancellation rights.

Customers wishing to exercise their right of cancellation must notify us at contact@skindiligent.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order and return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of notifying us.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning products following a change-of-mind cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will include the product price and the original standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable. Where we arrange the return at the customer's request, the return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable statutory time limits.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products may qualify for a refund, replacement or other remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, even if they have been opened or used.

8. Faulty Products and Consumer Rights

We are legally required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair or price reduction where products fail to meet these requirements.

Where applicable, consumers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to statutory conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

9. Customer Accounts

You may create a personal account to facilitate purchases and manage your orders.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for providing accurate account information.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity, without affecting existing statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to We Concept Ltd or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation, except as permitted by law.

11. Liability

We shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse of products contrary to their instructions, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or interruptions to the Website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms provided that your statutory and contractual rights are not adversely affected.
