The SKIN DILIGENT FOUNDATIONAL SYSTEM has been created on the foundation that skin is an evolving, ageing and active organ, and that skin reflects the daily internal and external factors that it has to deal with everyday. Routines assume that a person belongs to a category of a skin type, for example, a routine for oily skin, for anti-ageing, etc, and they are based on the notion that once you have dry skin, you will always have dry skin.

HOW TO USE - DAY SYSTEM ☼
1. MANUAL EXFOLIATION
In the morning, just refresh with water. Moisten a cotton pad with mineral water, and wipe gently your face. The gentle wiping is your daily exfoliation.
2. CELLULAR HYDRATION SERUM
On a slightly moist skin, apply 3-4 drops of Cellular Hydration Serum. Alternatively, you can wet 1 hand, add 3-4 drops, rub hands together and apply on the face.
3. VITAMIN C SERUM-IN-OIL
Immediately after the Cellular Hydration, apply 3-4 drops of Vitamin C Serum in Oil.
*The combination of the Cellular Hydration Serum and the Vitamin C Serum in Oil is equivalent to a day cream.
NIGHT SYSTEM ☾
1. TRIPLE ACTION CLEANSER
If you wear heavy makeup, use Jojoba oil to remove makeup. Then apply 2 small pea size of cleanser, massage on the face for about 20 seconds, and rinse well. Pat dry.
2. TARGETED SERUM
Opt for Vitamin C Serum-in-Oil if you have been exposed to a lot of sun during day time or have extra dry skin. Otherwise, opt for Cellular Hydration Serum.
On slightly moist skin, apply 3-4 drops of the chosen serum.
3. EXOSOME ADVANCED NIGHT CREAM
Immediately after the serum, apply 2-3 pumps of the Exosome Advanced Night Cream.

How long will the products last?
The cream and serums last for approximately 3 months. The cleanser, if used once a day, lasts for approximately 1½ months.
Can I use this cream in the daytime?
Yes, you can use it in the daytime as well, as its light texture is perfect under the makeup. It is free of photosensitive ingredients as well and therefore safe in the morning.
How do I use this cream in the winter or change of season?
This cream is perfect for layering up in the periods when the skin is adapting to changes in the environment, such as the heating indoors or the cold weather outdoors, or is particularly dry due to a stressful period.
As part of the morning protocol of Skin Diligent System, start with Cellular Hydration on slightly damp skin, followed by the Vitamin C Serum in Oil. Add a layer of the Exosome Advanced Night Cream to layer up on the days your skin needs the extra layer.
Can I use the Vitamin C Serum in Oil at night?
Yes, in periods when the skin needs an extra comfort at night or as an after-sun exposure in the summer. We do not recommend at the same time as the CEL Retinal as the combination of both products could be overstimulating for the skin.
